I really enjoyed my stay. Super friendly staff, the hotel kept clean, delicious food and cocktails. Peaceful area because it’s located outside Dubai which is a good thing. The adults only pool zone was a game changer. Special thanks to Mr Praveen for his awesome hospitality and Mr Michael for tasty cocktails served in the evenings. The only disadvantage is that there are way too many Russians who don’t know how to behave in a civilized country but this is not the hotel-related issue. Hopefully see you soon! Rooms are spacious and housekeeping comes to prepare the sofa bed for my son. We took the half board package and there was good food selection during dinner and breakfast. The entertainment during dinner was amazing. As usual, what we love about this hotel is the access to the beach and pools. The valet and the golf cart drivers are very polite and helpful. will definitely go back.

Rooms are spacious and bed are very comfy. You cannot hear the noise from outside so they had a good soundproof. We had a pool view and it was so nice! Breakfast at 81 is so yummy and they had fresh fruits and veggies. Bread had lots of variety. Lobby is very nice and very welcoming. Hallway are spacious. Front desk are great! Staff service are excellent! You can access the beach at another JA hotel nearby via buggy cart. Very relaxing atmosphere and refreshing, it was nice to walk even during summer. I hope they provide more parking slots.

Special thanks for housekeeping coordinator Florence Borlaza for being in touch with me and helping me get my lost item back! I like the atmosphere in this hotel. I appreciate the pool for only adults! I like Fridays and Saturdays dinners with oysters, sushi and sashimi! That was definitely the best all inclusive hotel I ever been.

After an initial few issues , this hotel went above and beyond to make my stay an enjoyable experience for my All Inclusive plus ( dine around) package The restaurants are all amazing : Kinara , fabulous Indian food - where the chef spoke to me personally on an invited dunner and cooked dishes specifically for me palate , a wonderful touch after an initial visit that I had not liked White Orchid - Simply delicious - my chicken pad Thai was amazing So many more to mention- Italian: mouth watering food. Spanish: so much food ! And not forgetting 81 buffet which was fabulous My room was great - well serviced at least 2 times a day The adult pool, although impacted by a hosted event which meant there was less than the usual sunbed and limited access back into the hotel was ell staffed and managed , with sunbed drinks service and pool staff that. simply could not do enough to help you The only downside was the lack of good entertainment, but it does not detract from the overall experience This is one resort that I will return to !
